Who to contact

WEIERYANG receives project inquiries at [email protected]. Use this address to ask about your submitted information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss confidentiality before sharing detailed drawings. Include an inquiry reference if you have one; do not resend confidential files just to identify a request.

What the inquiry form collects

The form collects the contact and project details you enter, such as name, company, business email, optional phone number, site location, project type, dimensions, material direction, schedule and project description. It also accepts files you choose to attach. These details are used to review and respond to the proposed commission.

Send only documents you are authorized to share. Remove unrelated personal information, passwords, financial-account details and sensitive building-security information. Discuss an NDA or a suitable transfer method with the studio before sharing restricted documents.

Drafts saved in your browser

Text entered in the form is saved in this browser's local storage to help recover a draft. Selected attachments are not saved in that draft. The saved text is removed after a successful submission; an abandoned or failed draft can remain until the site's data is cleared in your browser settings. On a shared device, clear the saved site data after use.

The selected interface language and first-visit attribution are kept in session storage. Storage restrictions may prevent draft or attribution features from working, but you can still contact the studio by email.

Submission and email delivery

Submission passes through a Cloudflare-hosted endpoint and Turnstile verification with rate limiting. The current application sends the project details and chosen attachments to the studio's business email. It does not provide a customer file-storage portal or an automatic WhatsApp notification.

A success message means the submission endpoint accepted the request for email delivery; it is not a promise that someone has already read it. If you need confirmation, email the studio with the reference number. Submitted information can remain in business email systems and correspondence; contact the studio about retention or deletion of a particular inquiry. Clearing a browser draft does not delete an email already sent.

Website measurement and attribution

The site loads Google Tag Manager and includes measurement events for opening the inquiry page, starting a form, clicking a contact link and successful submission. First-visit attribution can include a landing-page path, referring website and campaign parameters, including a Facebook click identifier when present. This attribution is sent with the inquiry to help understand how project buyers reach the studio.

The site's custom analytics events do not deliberately include your name, email address, phone number, message or attachments. Technical request data and the behavior of provider-managed tags are handled by the relevant services. Do not put personal or confidential information in campaign links or URL parameters.

Providers and external contact links

The website and inquiry workflow use hosting, security, measurement and email providers, including GitHub Pages, Cloudflare and Google. Provider processing and studio email handling may occur outside your country. Their own privacy information describes how they handle service data: GitHub, Cloudflare and Google.

Email and WhatsApp links open services you choose to use. WhatsApp follow-up is optional and is not triggered automatically by the inquiry form. Contact the studio by email if you prefer not to use it.
